Lawful use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable laws.
Accurate information: You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information. Delivery failures due to inaccurate information are not 180Vault's liability.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use 180Vault to transmit harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent encryption, or interfere with service infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
All 180Vault software, branding, and content is owned by 180Vault. Your message content remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you create.
6. Privacy
Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference here.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is. Message delivery is not guaranteed in all circumstances — factors including recipient email deliverability, network conditions, or force majeure events may affect delivery. 180Vault's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 180Vault from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be deleted per our retention policy.
10. Governing Law
Governing jurisdiction to be specified prior to launch, following attorney review.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify users of material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
